Check-in was chaotic with no staff present!!! The pool maintenance fell short with debris visible!!! Elevators were annoyingly slow and glitchy!!! The cleaning staff should respect check-out times better!!!

the location is decent, but the pool was broken (again), such a disapointment. the double bed was laughably small for two adults, one of whom was me. I expected at least an upgrade or something after all that nonsense, but alas, just another regular stay. I almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t.
